A new merchant was added to my account but I don't see it in dash and I didn't get the "New Merchant added" email. What's going on?

This is typically an issue with your Permissions to View and Edit advertising for a given merchant account in Seller Central and/or Vendor Central. Dash is only able to pull ad data through the API if your linked account has been granted proper permissions to "View and Edit" advertising management for a given account. 

So, if a new merchant has been added but is not showing up in your db/the dash platform and you have not received the "New Merchant added" email within 2 hours of being granted permissions to the account, please check with the admin of the Amazon account to ensure appropriate permissions have been granted. This is the only cause we have found for a merchant not showing up in your db/dash.
